I love books. Growing up, I always had my nose stuck in a book. I owe a lot of it to my parents, who inspired a love for reading at an early age. One of my favourite childhood memories was the weekly trip to the library. I can still remember the smell and the layout of the library, despite not having visited that particular library for over 20 years!

Now, I have children of my own and so the legacy continues. I am lucky that my children have also fallen in love with reading. In fact, they are very excited that 'Mum' has a website and they are keen to join in with the reviews, so keep an eye out for some guest posts!

I have recently set up a new book club which has been a great way of keeping in touch with friends and family during the recent lockdowns.

​

I love to escape in a book, if I enjoy a book then I become slightly obsessed and have to finish it as soon as possible. 

​
